I rinse my hair everyday
I wash with Dr Bonners or CD herbal every 3 days or so
Generic Nexxus conditioner rinse out
Sheamoisture leave-in
CD Hair milk
Rusk Wired or Bouncy Creme. (Rusk provides more hold)
CD Hair Honey
Weekly
Deep condition with Queen Helene Placenta Creme once a week. I sit under the dryer for about 30 minutes, then wash out.
Every two weeks I use a hot olive oil treatment. I now plan to do so with CD horet Amen Oil
Whenever
When my scalp feels ichy I use a Apple Cidar Vinegar Rinse (make sure it has mother in it). I use a medium size water bottle put a capful of the Vinegar and a couple of crops of CD Tui Oil and fill the rest with water. I don't rinse it out
I use CD hair butter and honey when I do two strand twists
